Lily O'Brien's is closely associated with the Jack and Jill Foundation - a charitable organisation providing intervention home respite care to severely developmentally delayed children from birth to four years of age throughout the Republic of Ireland. The Jack and Jill Foundation was founded by Jonathan Irwin, Mary Ann's husband, following the death of their beloved baby Jack.
